1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using LittleSparx ("the Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site. We may update these terms at any time; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the last revision.

2. Intellectual property

All editorial content on the Site — articles, guides, photographs, illustrations, and downloadable files — is owned by LittleSparx and is protected by copyright. You may share links to our content and quote brief excerpts (up to ~100 words) with attribution and a link back. Reproducing full posts, scraping content for use in AI training datasets, or republishing our material without written permission is not permitted.

Purchased printables and digital products — personal use license

When you purchase a printable pack or digital download from us (via Stripe secure checkout), you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to:

  • Print copies for use in your own home or classroom.
  • Use the files with children you directly care for or teach.

This license does not permit:

  • Redistribution, resale, or sharing of the digital files (in whole or in part) with third parties.
  • Uploading our files to file-sharing platforms, marketplaces, or group-sharing services.
  • Creating derivative products for sale based on our designs or content.
  • Use in commercial settings (e.g. a paid daycare or tutoring business) without a separate commercial license — contact us to discuss.

3. Affiliate links

This site contains affiliate links. When you click an affiliate link and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Our full affiliate disclosure is at /disclosure. We only recommend products and services we believe are genuinely useful to parents; commission does not change our editorial judgment.

4. Product terms

Paid digital products are processed by Stripe and delivered via a secure download link. By completing a purchase you also agree to Stripe's terms of service (available at stripe.com/legal). Because our products are digital files delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final unless the file is defective or not delivered. If you have a download problem, email us at hello@littlesparx.example with your Stripe order number and we will resolve it promptly.

5. Content disclaimer — not professional advice

LittleSparx publishes editorial content about children's activities, crafts, and play. This content is written for general informational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing on this site constitutes professional advice of any kind — including developmental, medical, therapeutic, nutritional, legal, or financial advice. Activity ideas include age ranges and safety flags as a convenience; they do not substitute for your own parental judgment, manufacturer safety guidelines, or consultation with a qualified professional.
