Corrections & content questions

Spotted a broken link, a supply measurement that doesn't add up, or a safety flag we missed? Please tell us — kid-safety issues especially, we'll fix those the same day. Include the post URL and what you found.

Product support

If you purchased a printable pack and have a download issue, email us with your order confirmation number (from your Stripe receipt) and we'll sort it out. Note: payment processing is handled by Stripe — for billing disputes, Stripe support is faster than we are. Our Terms of Use have the full product policy.

Partnership & PR inquiries

We occasionally consider sponsored posts, product reviews, and affiliate partnerships that are genuinely relevant to parents of children ages 2–10. If you're pitching a product or program, tell us the age range it serves and how it fits our low-prep, screen-free focus — generic pitches go unanswered. We disclose all commercial relationships per our affiliate disclosure.
