Who this site is for — COPPA notice

This site is directed to parents and caregivers, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. No content on this site is addressed to children directly. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted personal information to us, please contact us immediately at hello@littlesparx.example and we will delete it promptly.

What we collect

We run privacy-respecting, first-party analytics: page views, referring site, approximate country (from request headers), device width, and clicks on outbound product links. This data contains no names, no fingerprints, and no cross-site identifiers, and is never sold or shared.

If you subscribe to our newsletter we store the email address you provide, used only to send the newsletter. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, or you can email us to be removed.

Analytics

We operate a first-party, cookieless-first analytics system (Pulse) to understand how pages are used. Pulse collects: page path, referring URL, approximate country (from server-side request headers), and a per-session random identifier stored in sessionStorage — a browser memory store that is cleared when you close your tab. This session identifier is scoped to a single browsing session and is not shared with any third party, not used for cross-site tracking, and not persisted as a cookie. We do not sell this data. We do not share it with advertising partners. It is used solely for internal measurement of content performance on this site.

Advertising and affiliate partners

We display ads served by Google AdSense and/or partner ad networks. These third parties may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies is described at policies.google.com/technologies/ads. You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings or aboutads.info. A consent management platform (CMP) will be added in a future update to provide granular control over third-party cookies.

When you click an affiliate link, the destination site may set its own cookies to attribute your visit and calculate commission. Those cookies are governed by the destination site's privacy policy, not ours. We do not receive any personal data from affiliate partners about your activity on their sites.
